I think we were all expecting it, but didn't want to believe it. Unfortunately it has now been confirmed that Round 1 of the French CFS championship at Berck-Sur-Mer has been CANCELLED due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The motocross format in the bottomless sand was a special round that always opened the CFS championship each year. The brutal circuit always made for good racing with a split way start line, not something you see very often. Berck-Sur-Mer was a favourite of Todd's but he's remaining focused and will continue to focus being ready for what was Round 2, now Round 1 at Loon Plage, Dunkirk.

Understandably, there is a lot of questions too wether it will go ahead but at this stage it is still scheduled and with it being more of a motocross circuit layout, they can control number of people entering the grounds etc. So fingers crossed, this will be the start of a 6 round CFS championship. We will keep you informed should anything change, however training is full swing and testing has now started so Todd and the team are in high spirits and will be ready for whatever the first race may be.
